Support wasn’t as consistent as I thought
I was initially okay with how the support handled my first queries after signing up, but what really surprised me were the day-to-day communications. After the initial onboarding, I started noticing delays in responses to some of my routine questions, especially when I had to troubleshoot issues with the dialer and database access. It felt like sometimes the support wasn’t fully prepared for recurring problems and ended up giving scripted answers that didn’t quite fix what I needed. The telephonic support was decent once I got through, but the waiting times and follow-up calls weren’t very reassuring. I did appreciate that occasional priority assistance was available, but that felt like more of an exception than the rule. Overall, I found it harder to keep the workflow smooth due to these inconsistent support experiences, which was unexpected since I thought the system and people would be much more reliable. The invoicing and sign-up processes did go fine, I’ll give credit there. However, the ongoing support doesn’t inspire much confidence if you rely on it regularly.
