Support was useful but missing some proactive follow-up
My experience with the WFHI support and communication has been mostly positive, but I noticed a lack of proactive follow-up that might be helpful later on. When I faced issues with the dialer tool or needed assistance navigating the database features, telephonic support responded clearly and addressed my immediate problems effectively. The training materials were also sufficient to guide me through most tasks without external help. However, once the issue was resolved, I rarely received check-ins or reminders about updates, which might leave some users uncertain if further action was necessary. This makes me think I might need to call them again next time I encounter a new feature or challenge, rather than relying fully on the system. The invoicing and payment process is smooth and transparent, so no problems there. Overall, the support gets the job done well, but I would appreciate more ongoing engagement to reduce repeat contacts in the future.
