Support was unresponsive, problem unresolved
I reached out to the support multiple times regarding issues with the dialer not connecting properly. Each time, I waited for a long period with no meaningful response. The communication was slow and often felt like a dead end. Despite multiple calls and emails, the problem remained unresolved, which was very frustrating. It seemed like there was no proper tracking of my issues or urgency from the support side. The steps they suggested were generic and unhelpful, and there was no clear guidance or escalation provided. This lack of responsiveness completely hindered my ability to use the software effectively. In the end, I had to stop relying on their support altogether because it wasted too much time without any solution. The overall experience with the support team was very disappointing and unsatisfactory.
