Support was unhelpful; I will look elsewhere next time
To be honest, my experience with the support team was disappointing. When I faced issues with the software, most responses felt generic and didn’t really address my specific problems. I had to explain the same situation multiple times before I received any useful information. The communication could be a lot clearer, which felt frustrating given the nature of my needs. Getting through to someone who understood my issue well took longer than expected, and by that point, my work was already suffering. Just when I thought I would finally get help, they directed me back to a generic FAQ, which was not applicable to my situation. The overall experience left me feeling weary about using the software again in the future. I expected more reliable support based on the initial claims made during signup, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. I honestly doubt if I will reach out for help again. Perhaps I will consider other options that might offer better communication and support next time.
