Support was too rigid around working hours
I mostly found the telephonic support frustrating because it aligned poorly with the hours I usually work. Trying to get help during my actual working time was often impossible since their support team seemed available only during hours that didn’t suit me. This made progress slow and sometimes delayed my onboarding as questions went unanswered long periods. The automatic updates ran smoothly enough in the background, which was the one part I could appreciate without disruption. However, since the support interaction was so restricted to fixed timings, it was hard to feel fully supported throughout my usage. I would have valued more flexible communication hours to fit real-world schedules. The sign-up and payment processes were simple enough, but the delayed support dampened my enthusiasm for continuing further training sessions. The database feature worked adequately for storing contacts and calling lists, but the dialer occasionally lagged, adding frustration on busy days. It also sometimes failed to save call notes correctly, which was another hassle. The training provided was not extensive enough to address these glitches or to prepare me fully for the system quirks. While I acknowledge the system has potential and the updates were seamless, overall the experience felt hindered by communication limits and software issues. This created a barrier to making the platform work well alongside my fluctuating work hours, leaving me somewhat dissatisfied with the overall experience even though a few individual features were fine.
