Mere liye yeh support thoda tricky tha because jab bhi maine call kiya toh unhone bohot sari baatein complicated tareeke se batayi jo samajh nahi aayi. Explanation itni clear nahi thi aur mujhe baar baar repeat karna pada apni problem. Ek acchi baat thi ki dialer ke bare mein basic help toh mili but overall jo clarity chahiye thi vo nahi mili. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar thoda simple language mein step-by-step batate toh zyada asaan hota samajhna. Whatsapp ya phone pe communication thoda slow tha aur jab tak samajh aaya tab tak time lag gaya.
