Jab bhi mera dialer ya software access se related koi issue aaya, toh support staff ka reaction friendly tha aur unhone apna best diya main assist karne ke liye. Lekin problem ye hui ki kabhi kabhi response time thoda slow lagta tha, especially jab mere urgent calls aate the. Main samjhta hoon ki workload zyada hoga, par agar thoda zyada fast response mile, toh kaafi help hoti mere workflow ke liye. Unke paas knowledgeable log hain, lekin unki availability kaafi time limited thi jis wajah se kuch baar mujhe follow-up ke liye bhi patience rakhna para. Mujhe lagta hai ki agar ye do cheezein better karenge toh WFHI ka telephonic support experience aur bhi reliable ho jayega.
