Support Was There, But Self-Help Took The Price
I found the telephonic support from WFHI was generally responsive and polite, which was reassuring when I faced unexpected issues. However, many times I noticed the explanations were somewhat generic and I had to experiment and figure out the solutions independently. The balance here felt mixed; while they did provide some guidance, the complexity of some features required me to keep digging into the documentation myself. On the plus side, their priority assistance option was helpful when I reached out directly, but overall the initial communication felt a little limited for new users trying to fully grasp the software’s nuances. So, it worked, but I had to do most of the heavy lifting.
