Support was there but lacked clear follow-up
I reached out to WFHI support several times over a couple of weeks because I had concerns regarding some features not behaving as expected. Initially, the support team was quite responsive and polite, which was encouraging. However, after multiple calls, I felt like the answers were somewhat repetitive and didn't fully address the root issues I raised. While they assured me that updates and fixes were underway, I never received detailed follow-up communication to keep me informed. This lack of continuity left me a bit unsure about the overall effectiveness of their support. On the positive side, the telephonic communication itself was decent, and the people I spoke with tried to help. Still, the absence of proactive updates or clear guidance on resolving ongoing problems meant I didn't finish with full confidence. I would have appreciated more precise explanations or a roadmap for fixes because I keep encountering some hiccups when using the dialer and database integration.
