Support was there, but how much was a balancing act
Going through WFHI's software and training, I noticed the telephonic support was accessible but always felt like I had to figure out quite a bit on my own first. The support team was helpful when called upon, and their responses were clear, but they often redirected me back to documentation or self-service options. This approach made me feel responsible for troubleshooting to some extent, which is understandable given the nature of remote workflow software. I weighed this against the fact that the training modules and automatic updates covered many common issues beforehand, reducing the need for calls in the first place. Overall, the balance struck between independent learning aided by good materials and timely support calls felt efficient to me. The whole experience gave an impression of a well-designed but partly self-driven system, which suited me well even though it may not suit everyone. In one phrase, it felt like an empowering structured autonomy.
