Support was there and yet not there
The support team did pick up when I called, which was good, so that was a positive side. But honestly, the help I got was just the same explanations I had heard before, nothing new or really helpful. I was hoping next time it would be different and better but ended up being the same frustrating experience. They tried, but it felt like the answers were scripted or robotic, not really solving my problem. I don't think I'll be calling again unless absolutely necessary because it didn't feel productive. I appreciate the effort but the real help part was missing, which leaves me doubtful about future support.
