support was the one part that stood out
Using the software day to day was a mix of hits and misses for me. Some days I noticed that the dialer worked smoothly, so making calls didn’t eat up extra time which was nice. But other times, there were delays or the interface got a bit slow. The database feature was handy, but occasionally retrieving saved information felt slower than expected, which disrupted my workflow slightly. I also reached out a couple of times for telephonic support when I faced some hiccups. The people on call were helpful, but sometimes the wait times were longer, which tested patience a little. What I kept circling back to was how helpful support was when it finally connected though, which kept me going. Automatic updates happened in the background, often without much fuss, and usually improved things. Overall, I found myself appreciating certain parts but also feeling that some areas could be more consistent. So while there was solid help to lean on, there were definitely times when it didn’t quite meet all my expectations day after day, even after settling in with it.
