Support was the most frustrating part of setup
From the start, I found the setup quite complicated and the support did not help as much as I expected. The initial attempt to get assistance involved waiting long on calls with unclear information and follow-ups that didn’t resolve my problems. I wanted ongoing guidance that would actually help me get to use the remote workflow tools properly, but it felt like I was left on my own after a one-time explanation. The telephonic support did not have enough patience or availability to clarify technical questions that came up later in my routine. This made me question if the product was really ready to handle someone not very tech-savvy, as I struggled to complete the onboarding process by myself. Given these issues, I feel the setup required a lot more personal assistance than what was provided, which was a deal breaker for me. I was hoping the training and software would work better alongside helpful communication, but that wasn’t the case for my experience.
