Support was surprisingly friendly and helpful — I’d reach out again
When I first tried to navigate some issues with the calling tools, I wasn’t sure how much help I’d get from support. But I ended up calling them, and they were quite patient and explained things in a way that made sense. The telephonic support felt personal and not rushed, which isn’t always the case. It’s good to know that if I stumble upon something confusing again, I won’t feel lost or hesitate to ask. Overall, the experience made the whole setup feel less intimidating and more manageable for someone not super tech-savvy like me.
