Support was steady but calls sometimes ran late

The representatives were knowledgeable, ensuring my questions were answered thoroughly. However, a recurring issue was the delay in scheduled callback times. On multiple occasions, promised calls came 10 to 15 minutes late, which disrupted part of my workflow. Despite this minor but noticeable hiccup, the overall daily support experience was satisfactory, and I appreciated their efforts to stay connected and respond to follow-ups.
