Support was solid, much better than before
To sum it up for a friend: the support I received was really solid compared to what I used before. They were prompt in their responses, which is huge for me. I had consistent communication throughout, so it felt reassuring. Just wish I had the answers I was looking for a bit quicker at times, but I overall felt supported and my concerns were addressed well. Definitely an improvement over my last experience with different tools.
