Support was solid, especially with auto update timing
Hey, so here’s the deal: I ended up figuring out most of the setup and tweaks on my own, which was actually kinda rewarding in a way. The parts about importing the database and configuring the dialer were mostly self-explanatory once you spend some time poking around. The automatic updates worked flawlessly, no hiccups, which was a big relief. I did have to call support once because the invoicing section wasn’t showing up properly on my dashboard—that was handled super smoothly. They didn’t just fix it but also explained what might have caused the lag on their side, which I appreciated. Honestly, I was expecting to have to bother support a lot more but that wasn’t necessary. The onboarding training covered important basics but left some details out, so a bit of trial and error was on me. Overall, I felt pretty comfortable troubleshooting this myself with just a little backup from the team. Makes me confident I’m getting the hang of things and can handle most issues solo in the future too. Big thumbs up for how the support blended with the software's update rollout though.
