Support was slow, but some help was there
Looking back after using the software for a while, I see both good and bad aspects. The initial support and communication during setup were slower than I expected and that caused some delays. It took several days before I got clear guidance on using the database features and dialer tools effectively. However, once I was past that rough start, telephonic support was generally patient and helpful when I contacted them. The automatic updates sometimes created confusion but they also added useful functions in the long run. The invoicing and payment process was smooth, which I appreciated. Still, the waiting period before getting adequately started was frustrating. I wish the onboarding flow had been more streamlined because it felt like I was repeating steps or waiting for responses more than necessary at times. Yet, the training courses themselves offered valuable insights and prepared me better to manage remote workflows. So, in sum, while the overall experience was okay, the support timeline was the main issue that stood out and slowed my productivity initially.
