Jab kuch galat hua toh support system se baat karna kaafi tiring tha. Samajh nahi aaya ki kisse aur kaise baat karun, aur response milne mein bahut time lag gaya. Dialer setup mein problem aayi thi, lekin wo turant solve nahi hui, baar-baar baat karni padi. Support team thodi helpful thi, par communication itni efficient nahi thi jitni honi chahiye thi. Invoice process mein bhi confusion hua, aur batane mein clarity nahi thi. Mere hisaab se effort zyada lag gaya comparison mein jitna socha tha. Agar kuch ek cheez ko main sahi maanun toh woh hai ki software ka database feature sahi tarike se kaam karta hai, lekin uske alawa help milna thoda mushkil raha. Overall, ye process thoda frustrating tha aur better communication ki zarurat hai.
