Support was slow and I had to figure out a lot on my own
The support experience for me was quite frustrating because I expected more help with setting up and understanding the software’s features. Instead, I had to spend a lot of time searching for answers by myself and trialing different options to get the calling tools working. There were delays in getting responses to my questions, so I couldn’t rely on quick telephonic support when I ran into problems with the dialer settings or the database integration. The communication was inconsistent and often required me to follow up multiple times. While the software has potential, it didn’t do the job as smoothly without guidance. The automatic updates sometimes caused glitches that I had to troubleshoot on my own. This was inconvenient because the support team didn’t proactively inform me about changes. On the plus side, once I figured out how to navigate the interface, the software itself can be useful for running remote workflows, but the lack of responsive support hugely impacted my initial experience. I would expect better assistance in future versions to reduce the burden of working things out by myself.
