Support was responsive but took some chasing
When I first reached out to support, I was glad they replied fairly quickly, although sometimes I had to nudge them with a follow-up question because the initial answer wasn’t fully clear. It felt like the team was trying hard, and once I got the right guidance, the rest flowed well. I guess it took a bit more effort on my side than I expected, but they didn’t leave me hanging, which was reassuring. In the end, their responsiveness improved after a few contacts, and I do appreciate the willingness to help, despite the back-and-forth that sometimes dragged things a little longer than I initially hoped.
