Support was responsive but could be more thorough
The support team responded quickly whenever I called, which I appreciated because waiting can be frustrating. However, sometimes the answers felt rushed or only partially solved my issue. For example, I asked about the database syncing, and while they answered on the call, the follow-up wasn’t clear enough to fully fix my problem. This meant I had to spend extra time figuring things out by myself afterward. Overall, responsiveness was good, but sometimes quality of support communication could improve to avoid repeated contacts on the same matter.
