Support was reachable but most things I had to figure out myself
Using the WFHI software, I found some parts worked decently, and others just left me frustrated because I had to spend so much time figuring things out on my own. For instance, the sign-up process was fine and straightforward, and I appreciated that invoices were delivered on time. However, once I started using the calling tools and the database, I quickly realized the instructions weren’t as clear as they could have been. Even though the telephonic support staff were polite and picked up the calls promptly, they didn’t seem able to resolve my specific problems fully, so I often felt stuck. The automatic updates broke some features temporarily, which added to my frustration. I wish the training had been more thorough since I ended up spending hours troubleshooting without much help. Overall, despite some successful elements like invoicing and support availability, the difficulty to get the software running smoothly for my needs was a major drawback.
