Support was quick but sometimes lacked full clarity
I've already needed to call support a few times, so I pretty much know what to expect by now. On the plus side, the team always answered promptly and their general attitude was helpful. They didn’t make me feel stupid for asking basic questions about the dialer setup or database use. However, sometimes the explanations I got weren’t fully clarifying the issue, making me repeat myself multiple times. Despite that, they persisted to guide me through the problem patiently. The communication was clear most of the time, but occasionally I felt like something was lost in translation or I wasn’t getting the exact solution I needed. If I encounter issues again, I would reach out to support without hesitation since they are accessible and generally professional, though I might hope for a slightly sharper grasp on resolving technical specifics faster next time. Their willingness to stick with the call until a resolution was the highlight, even if the process could get tiresome.
