Support was quick but overall just okay
The support team was fairly responsive whenever I called them, which was a relief because sometimes with software you're left waiting for hours. The telephonic support felt professional and they answered all my questions while walking me through some issues I faced with the setup. However, while I appreciated the quick response, the communication sometimes felt a bit scripted and lacked warmth. It worked well enough to solve the problems but didn't feel like I had a real person helping me beyond the basics. Overall, the experience was positive but there is room for improvement in making the communication feel more personal and less mechanical.
