Support was prompt but final confidence lacking
Initially, I contacted the support team several times seeking help with the database feature. They responded to calls reasonably fast and provided instructions on how to use the calling tools. However, there was some inconsistency in the answers given by different agents. This resulted in some confusion during training sessions and delayed setup completion. The automatic updates were mentioned but I did not feel fully informed about how they would affect my workflows. Although overall the support attempted to assist, I remained unsure about aspects of the software functionality as my questions were not fully resolved by the last call. It was neither completely negative nor fully assuring experience for me regarding communication and help.
