Support was pretty good but missing proactive updates
So over the weeks, I noticed the support was actually quite consistent once the initial hiccups settled. Calls were answered in reasonable time and they helped me troubleshoot software issues that appeared on various days. That made day-to-day use smoother even though sometimes I wished they'd be a bit quicker. What stood out most was that there wasn’t much proactive communication about automatic updates or system maintenance, which sometimes caught me off guard. I often had to check with them rather than getting a heads-up, and it felt like that was an important piece missing. Still, the agents were patient and helpful whenever I reached out, so that counted for a lot. The calling tools worked fine overall, although some features could be more intuitive. After a few weeks, I ended up quite satisfied with how things went, but I would have appreciated a bit more transparency about what's coming up in the software, so I would be prepared and not scrambling every time an update rolled out.
