Support was practically non-existent, don’t waste your time
I reached out to their telephonic support multiple times but hardly got any response that helped. Messages stayed unanswered, and when calls did connect, the support representatives couldn’t provide clear answers or solutions. It felt like they were either overwhelmed or uninterested in assisting properly. This lack of responsiveness stopped me from progressing with the software and increased my frustration. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend relying on their support if you want quick and useful communication. They really should improve this aspect because right now it’s just wasted effort trying to get help from them.
