Support was polite but steps felt mixed up
When I reached out for support, I appreciated that the staff were polite and tried to help, which was definitely a positive. However, I found the order of the steps they suggested a bit confusing. Sometimes I felt like I was being asked to do things before I fully understood why, or the instructions seemed to jump back and forth instead of following a clear sequence. This made it harder for me to follow and I kept wondering if I was missing something. On the bright side, the solutions they eventually gave did work, so it’s not like the support failed completely. Overall I’m a bit unsure whether future interactions will be smoother or the same, but I do value the willingness to assist even if the process itself isn’t perfectly straightforward yet.
