Support was okay, not sure about using again
Compared to other platforms I've tried, the support here is a mixed bag. On one hand, the staff was polite and generally responsive when I reached out, which I appreciated. On the other hand, there were delays and some of my queries needed repeated explanations before getting resolved. The training material was decent but not very detailed, which meant I had to troubleshoot some features on my own. Automatic updates sometimes caused minor glitches, but overall the software itself is solid. Given what I experienced, I might consider trying this service again, but I am cautious about depending on their support in the long run. So it's neither a strong yes nor a no; more like a tentative maybe. For now, I will keep an eye on how things develop before fully committing to regular use.
