Support was okay, but took some effort to get through

Getting through to someone was not immediate; it took a few attempts before the call connected, showing that the effort was somewhat more than I expected. Once I was connected, the support was friendly and knowledgeable, and the explanation resolved the issue. For other, less urgent queries, I relied on email and chat, which were mostly fine but less personal. Because of that one experience, I would probably reach out again next time I hit a snag because I trust the people on the phone to provide clear answers, despite the needing to wait a bit. The overall communication felt effective but could be made easier with quicker call access or shorter hold times. It was worth it in the end, though, just a bit of effort required to get there.
