Support was okay but steps ka sequence bada ajeeb tha
Main support ke baare mein thoda mixed feel kar raha hoon. Jab main issue report kar raha tha, mujhe lag raha tha ki jo steps provide kiye ja rahe the woh thoda out of order hain. Matlab pehle zyada complicated instructions diye bina kisi context ke, jo meri madad nahi kar paaye. Jo ek achha point tha, woh yeh ki telephonic support easy se mil gaya tha, lekin woh bhi tab zyada helpful nahi raha jab tak main khud confusion clear nahi karta tha. Kahi baar feel hua ki agar proper order mein flow hota, toh problem solve hona zyada easy hota. Overall, communication achhi nahi rahi because of this jumble of steps, aur main expect karta tha ki pehle se thoda better guide karenge. Sahi sequence important hai kaafi.
