Support was okay, but sometimes frustrating over time
I found the support experience with WFHI to be a bit up and down, to be honest. Initially, when I encountered problems, telephonic support answered promptly and tried to explain things clearly, which was encouraging. However, as I kept using the software day after day, the support felt less consistent. Sometimes responses were detailed and helpful, and other times I was given vague answers that didn’t really solve the issue. It felt like they were tackling tickets more from a queue than understanding the root problem. This inconsistency made me feel irritated at times, because the software updates and database features relied on smooth communication. On the plus side, calls to the support team were easy to initiate, and generally the people I spoke to were polite, even if their solutions were mixed. So overall, I wouldn’t say the support was bad, but it could definitely improve in reliability and depth. If you want a completely dependable support experience, this might leave you a little frustrated like I was. But if you’re patient and flexible, it might still work well enough as you get accustomed to the system.
