Support was okay but self-help stood out most
I initially expected that telephonic support would guide me more extensively through each stage of the software setup and usage. However, in reality, I found myself relying heavily on the online help resources and documentation instead. The support team was reachable but they often directed me to articles rather than providing direct solutions over the phone. This contrasted sharply with my expectations of more hands-on assistance. What really stood out was the necessity to be self-sufficient, especially when dealing with the dialer and database configurations. In comparison to another service I used recently where support was proactive, this experience required more investigation from my side. While the automated updates worked smoothly without needing my intervention, the support felt less personalized than I hoped. In all, it was a mix of reliable functionality with partially limited real-time communication that shaped how I navigated the platform.
