Support was okay but not a huge upgrade
So, I’ve used a few remote work platforms before, and the telephonic support here was alright, but honestly not a massive improvement over what I had used earlier. The folks on the phone definitely tried to help and the calls were mostly clear but sometimes there were delays which made things a bit frustrating. I liked the fact that the automatic updates meant I didn’t have to worry about manual installs, which was a plus over my last system. The onboarding was pretty smooth too, no massive hiccups there, and the software’s database feature integrated fairly well into my workflow. However, calling tools and the dialer felt a bit clunky compared to some earlier tools I’d used -- took me a while to get comfortable. The sign-up and payment steps were okay, nothing to complain about. To sum it up, it’s a decent setup but not the game changer I was looking for. The experience was balanced with both good and so-so parts, kind of what I expected to be honest.
