Support was okay but I still figured out a lot myself
When I started with the WFHI software, I expected more hand-holding. There was some support available, and it addressed a few of my questions well, but honestly, a lot of the setup steps I ended up figuring out on my own. For example, integrating the dialer with my phone system took some trial and error, since the documentation didn't cover some of my use cases clearly. On the other hand, once I got past those initial hurdles, the automatic updates kept my tools running smoothly without needing extra intervention. Overall, I would say I was able to get things working eventually, but the journey wasn’t entirely guided. I appreciated the availability of telephonic support when I called, although waiting times occasionally bothered me. Also, the invoicing and payment process went fairly smoothly, though the sign-up felt a bit basic and didn’t provide much detail right away. So while I managed to get going, I sometimes wished the onboarding training was a bit more thorough or responsive. The mix of helpfulness and needing to self-rely led me to a kind of middle-of-the-road satisfaction by the end.
