Support was okay, but doubt main phir se call karni padegi
Support team ka approach theek tha, was helpful enough to clarify most of my queries. Jo problems main discuss kar raha tha, unke jawab timely mile jisse kaafi asaani hui. Lekin mujhe lagta hai ki next time mujhe dubara se unse baat karni padegi kyunki software ki kuch complexities abhi clear nahi hui hai. Dialer aur database use karte waqt bhi thode issues aaye the, aur unka solution ek baar bataane ke baad poora nahi mila. Thoda lagta hai ki follow-up support thoda aur proactive hona chahiye. Overall, main samajhta hoon ki basic communication sahi tha, par agar next time bhi wahi problems rahi, toh mujhe support ko phir se contact karna padega, jo ki thoda tiring lagta hai.
