Support was not wahi expect kiya tha
Mai soch raha tha support se mujhe jaldi help milegi par mera experience kuch aur hi tha. Jo queries thi, unka jawab dhundhna mushkil tha aur jab call kiya toh kabhi kabhi samajh nahi aata tha ki kon kis baat par baat kar raha hai. Telephonic support mein clarity nahi thi. Jo information mai chah raha tha wo complex tarifion ke beech kho gayi. Bahut baar mujhe lagta ki support team ke sath communication mein delay tha aur wo immediate solution nahi dena chahte. Software updates bhi kabhi kabhi problems create karte hain aur jab support ko point kiya toh sirf generic replies milte hain, which was frustrating. Overall mujhe lagta hai kaafi improvement ki zaroorat hai in support aur communication mein, otherwise yeh tool apne potential full use nahi kar pata hai.
