Support was mostly self-driven, but one aspect did stand out
My experience with WFHI’s support and communication was generally positive, though I realized I had to figure out quite a bit by myself. After signing up, the software and training materials seemed clear enough for the basics, so I didn’t rely heavily on support right away. However, when I ran into issues with the dialer and database syncing, I had to dig through FAQs and tutorials initially before making a call. The support team was reachable by phone, which was helpful, and they patiently walked me through the more technical steps once I got through. What stood out was the priority assistance—they were more responsive during the later phase of my setup, which really saved time. Though the telephonic support wasn’t instantly accessible at all hours, when I finally got through, they provided clear solutions. The invoicing and payment-related queries were mostly self-explanatory, but a quick phone call helped clear a few doubts. Overall, while the software is quite user-friendly, being prepared to help yourself along the way mattered. The emphasis on getting that priority assistance when needed was the highlight of my support experience.
