Support was mostly hands-off, you had to try a bit
So honestly, when I first got going with this WFHI software and tools, I thought there’d be more direct help. Like, sure, the training was there, but a lot of times I ended up figuring stuff out on my own, which was fine but not what I expected. The dialer and database features were a bit of a puzzle at first and I found the automatic updates changing some settings without clear heads-up. Calling the support line was helpful but I felt like I needed to prepare well before calling because the answers weren’t always straightforward. Overall, I’m pretty happy with the software, but just wish the onboarding or training was a bit more hand-holding the way I like to learn. Still, it’s a solid system once you get used to this effort.
