Support was mostly good but some gaps left me guessing
While the telephonic support and priority assistance generally came through when I needed guidance, there was a noticeable amount of figuring things out on my own during the onboarding process. I had to rely quite a bit on trial and error with the calling tools and the database features since the explanations weren't always as clear or complete as I hoped. The software updates were mostly seamless, but without more proactive communication about changes, I occasionally felt uncertain if an issue was on my side or theirs. Still, once I settled in, the system ran smoothly day to day, and the support team was patient and available during business hours. If there was a small drawback, it was the lack of detailed walkthroughs or checklists early on that could have made the learning curve less steep. Overall, I'd say the support was solid but could be more proactive in guiding newer users like me through the initial configuration stages.
