Jab bhi mujhe software ke kisi feature mein problem aayi, toh support wala banda jo call pe tha usne acha guide kiya, but kabhi kabhi mujhe lagta hai ki unka order thoda random hota support ke instructions ka. Ek baar to mujhe database ke feature ki samajh aa rahi thi, par uske baad dialer setup pe shift ho gaya bina proper sequence follow kiye. Training sessions bhi thode scattered lage, kuch topics repeat hue, toh thoda confusing hua ki sabse pehle kya follow karu. Mujhe lagta hai flow systematic hota, toh onboarding zyada smooth hota aur saari cheezen easily grasp kar leti. Par haan, support CPC wale haathon mein tha toh wo rapides aur helpful tha, main is baat se khush hoon. Bas ek chhoti si baat missing thi jisme thodi clarity aur planning benefit karti. Overall, experience acha tha par thoda aur better hosakta hai agar steps arranged hote aur clear hota ki kya pehle karna hai.
