Support was mostly clear but had some small gaps
The telephonic support provided useful explanations during my queries about using the software and managing the database feature. The representatives communicated patiently and addressed my questions in a clear manner, making the experience quite constructive overall. It was evident that the support staff understood the technical side reasonably well and tried to help me navigate the calling tools and training materials. Nonetheless, there were moments when some explanations assumed a bit more prior knowledge than I had, which meant I had to ask for additional clarification or repeat my concerns. While the majority of the communication was clear, these small gaps sometimes made the process slightly more drawn out than necessary. Still, I would say the support was a positive aspect of the overall experience and helpful enough to keep me engaged, though a little more beginner-friendly language would be appreciated to fully round out the assistance.
