Support was mostly adequate but wait times surprised me
I expected continuous attentive support based on what I had seen from other services, but with WorkFromHomeIndia, it was a bit of a mixed bag. On regular days, support was helpful when I reached out for dialing tool clarifications or database inquiries. However, when I approached them again for minor technical assistance, the response times extended longer than I anticipated. I was surprised by how the telephonic support seemed less proactive than I initially thought it would be, which affected how efficiently I could resolve some simple issues. Despite that, the updates and payment process were straightforward and did not add to the complications. Given this experience, I may need their help again in the future, especially during onboarding or software glitches, but I also expect improved responsiveness next time. The highlight was definitely how well the software itself functioned, but the support lag is something I won't forget easily.
