Support was mixed, neither fully smooth nor problematic
I found the support service to be a bit of a mixed experience. Initially, the order of suggested steps for solving my technical issues seemed random and disconnected, making it hard to follow their guidance effectively. However, they did appear knowledgeable and willing to help throughout multiple calls, which I appreciated. At times, the directions made sense only after some reflection on my part and several attempts to implement them. So, the communication flow wasn’t as clear as I would have liked, but it wasn’t entirely frustrating either. It felt like the team was trying their best but could improve their coordination to deliver a more structured resolution process. Despite the initial uncertainties, I did manage to resolve the main concerns by the end, though it required patience and some persistence on my side. I see the potential for a smoother experience, but for now, the support stands somewhere between helpful and inconsistent as a whole.
