I was quite disappointed with the support experience I received. When I faced issues with accessing the dialer, I contacted the support team hoping for clear guidance, but the assistance was lacking. There was no effective follow-up or clear resolution offered, and I was left waiting without updates. Furthermore, the telephonic support did not provide the timely or detailed help I expected, which was frustrating given the complexity of setting up the software. It felt as though my concerns were not fully understood or addressed adequately. Due to the insufficient support, I am not confident that I would rely on the same team for future help, should the need arise. The lack of consistent communication and delays seriously affected my experience. Overall, the absence of proper support mechanisms was a significant shortfall that I believe needs immediate improvement.
