Support was lacking, left me uncertain about things
By the time I finished a few attempts to get telephonic support, I was left feeling more confused than assured. Initially, I thought the support team would guide me through the process smoothly, but the reality was quite the opposite. I was hoping for clear answers when I called about how the database feature integrates with the calling tools, but the responses were vague and unhelpful. They didn’t seem to understand the specifics of my issue, and the communication felt scripted rather than personalized. The onboarding flow didn’t clarify this well, so I kept repeating myself, which didn’t inspire confidence. The automatic updates system promised convenience, but when something irregular happened with my invoice, I wasn’t sure if the problem was on my side or the software’s. More transparency and patience during these interactions would have made a big difference. Instead, I ended the calls unsure whether my setup was correct or if I would face further complications down the line. The lack of clear, supportive communication during these critical stages of using the software made me question the reliability I expected from WFHI’s services. In summary, the missing element for me was truly helpful, knowledgeable support that makes you feel in safe hands rather than like a burden to the system.
