support was lacking compared to what I expected
I found the support to be confusing and a bit slow, especially when I was trying to compare it with tools I used before. It felt like I had to send multiple messages to get answers, making it frustrating. However, they were nice when they finally replied, which was the only positive part of the experience. I wished for clearer communication throughout my use of the software.
