Support Was Just Not There When Needed
Honestly, my experience with the support at WorkFromHomeIndia was really disappointing. I tried reaching out multiple times because I had questions about navigating the database and using the dialer effectively. But the response times were so slow it felt like they didn’t care. Sometimes I was just waiting for hours on calls only to get vague answers that didn’t help me move forward. It’s frustrating because the software itself seems like it could be useful, but when I don’t get the support I need, it feels like a waste of time. I was hoping for a system that would make remote work easier, but without responsive help, it’s just too difficult. I honestly wouldn’t rely on the telephonic support again based on how unresponsive they were during my most crucial days of onboarding and training.
