Support was inconsistent, not convinced I'd use it again
During one call, I needed help with setting up the dialer tools, and while the immediate assistance was somewhat helpful, the overall communication left me unsure. The explanations were vague, and outside that specific moment, getting clear answers seemed difficult. I feel I might need support again soon, but I’m hesitant because the responsiveness and clarity were lacking at times. It’s difficult to say if next time the experience would be better, since the earlier interaction was patchy and didn’t build my confidence. I appreciate that a real person was available, but I’m doubtful about relying on this level of support in the future given how unclear some parts felt overall.
